STEPHEN JAMES CANNELL April 10, 1985 - August 10, 2003 It is with deep sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Stephen (Stevo). He was predeceased by his grandmother Kay Watters on November 28, 2002. Stephen will be sadly missed by his parents, Cindy and Gord; two sisters, Justine and Krystal; grandparents, Elsie and Art Cannell; grandfather Brian Watters; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Stephen was a very passionate, sensitive and selfless person. He had a wonderful sense of humour. Stephen enjoyed many sports, camping with family, quading, hunting, and skateboarding. He attended Miles MacDonnell Collegiate and loved the sciences and had aspirations of pursuing a career in biology and firefighting. His zest for life and the love and happiness he gave to others will always be remembered by his family and friends. Prayers will be held on Thursday, August 14 at 8:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 15 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, 320 St. Charles St., with Rev. Fr. Terance P. McGrath officiating. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stephens memory to the Firefighters Burn Fund.
